I help overwhelmed small business owners overcome self-doubt, gain clarity, and take consistent action so they can build a business and life they love. I've built and sold two businesses and now facilitate the conversations, decisions, and strategic planning that help business owners move from where they are to where they want to be. What I learned: strategy without clarity is just noise. This work exists to give you the one thing most coaches skip — a process, not just advice.
